About Birchbark Photography

Welcome to Birchbark Photography’s home on the net. Birchbark’s
mission is to share the natural world in such a way that it excites,
motivates, and inspires people to get outside. I believe the more
time people spend enjoying nature, the more committed they
become to preserving our natural heritage. I also believe the
greatest legacy we can leave future generations is a planet cleaner
and healthier than the one we inherited.

The Birchbark file is over 25,000 images and includes wildlife,
landscape, botanicals, and adventure sports; as well as travel
images from Europe, Africa, Asia and Central and North America.
In keeping with our commitment to improving the earth through
photography, 10% of all sales, whether stock, fine art print, or
editorial, are donated to the organizations listed on the conservation
